Wild and wooly New Zealand Sauv Blanc. From another review: "The 2005 Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc impressed me with a nearly textbook New Zealand style. It has all the bright citrus aromas and flavors, especially grapefruit and lime, as well as the tart and tangy acidity that are hallmarks of these wines. This is a great warm-weather white, one of the few I'd advise chilling until its icy cold before serving it with gazpacho, cracked crab, grilled seafood or as a thirst-slaking aperitif."

Soapy grapefruit on the nose. Super crisp Grapefruit on the mid palette. Some fresh sliced green peppers on a quick finish. Great deal for $12. I'll buy this one again.
