lusty in an old world kinda way. Dark cherries and cola on the nose, all kinds of dark reminiscences of the forest in the mouth. This is not a pinot-candy wine typical of CA, but a whole other beast, playing its Burgundian song. Outfuckingstanding with steak, or pork chops in a roasted garlic sauce.
