Straw color. Earthy, minerally, steely dry nose. Ripe & fragrant apple flavor, sweet and rich but with a cutting edge of acidity to keep it fresh in the mouth. Steady finish. VERY nice. Good with fresh fruity desserts, strong cheeses, and also spicy food.
