Full bodied with a long finish that brings to mind leather and wild berries. Much better than I expected. This was the first Santa Ema wine I have tasted, but journals such as Wine Spectator often put this producer's wine in their good values/best buy sections. I will definitely order this wine again, especially for the price. I just noticed that the Wine Enthusiast Editors rated this 89 and put it as one of their top 100 best buys of 2005.
