I decanted this wine and used a funnel and strainer. This was good because there was a tablespoon of sediment at the bottom of the bottle. The nose was a little soft and the taste was the same. Good flavor, but could use a little more. The finish was dry and not very long. It seems like a well made wine and even though it is only 7/8 years old, I wander if I waited too long to drink this bottle.
