Big and beautiful. The most well balanced Shiraz I have ever had. It was very think and chunky with Black cherry, Blueberry and tabacco qualities. It also had a smoked meat and raisin quality about it that made it taste a lot like a Barolo. I loved this wine. The finish was very refined and had a very silky smooth style to it. This was not one of those Barossa valley fruit bombs, this was made more along the lines of a Euro wine.
