Sorry, I know I said I wouldn't give any 5s but this wine deserved it. It reeked of delicious caramel and vanilla and had the perfect amount of spice. I bought it for 17 euros at Trimani, Rome's famous wine shop. I paid the winery a visit at Vinitaly and politely turned away the spitoon as I indulged in tasting all of their wines. Anyway, I can't convince my business partner to purchase it right now, but I will soon.
