Tastes like black cherry juice with tannis. VERY fruit foward with a touch of Zinfandel spice. Super easy to drink.

This zin was sqeezed so tight to remove the tannins and make it nice-nice that all that was left was a nose of wilted apple core and a palate of fruit juice cocktail. Sure, it is drinkable, but it is not a zinfandel.
