Decanted for 1 hour before drinking, and it just got better and better over the next hour. This was a great match for the steak au poivre dinner I whipped up -- the wine has a slightly peppery and spicy flavor. Also currants, black fruits and licorice. Rich, leathery nose. Delicious.

Regal. Stone & leather, very smooth, medium bodied, dark fruit and immensely drinkable. This is the kind of wine that got me hooked on Napa cabs.
