This deep ruby wine is loaded with rich plum, spice, and leather notes with a hint of tobacco....like walking into a good humidor at your favorite cigar shop. This is full bodied and lush on the palate, with complex spices and a hint of caramel. Damn fine wine IMHO. Went perfectly with some Asian shrimp and brown rice.

Fairly good flavor profile, though a little hollow in the mid-palate. The finish is medium and interesting. The fruit quality is average, in other words, the wine taste very commercial and mass produced. But is not bad. Not too good of a QPR. Chased down the pizza quite well.
