Malbec's are often great buys in the red wine world, and this one certainly stands out. The nose is very floral, with a bit of a vanilla edge. On the palate, plum and black pepper dominate, with a background of cherry and the floral essences once again. The finish is just satisfactory, but you can't ask for much more at this price point. I'll be going back to pick up another bottle or two.
