Chateau Ste Michelle 2005 Riesling
(over 2 years ago)Very crisp with citrus flavors.
Chateau Ste Michelle 2005 Riesling
(over 2 years ago)On the first sip, I thought “Woah, this is definitely a Riesling,” as this was a very sweet wine. I prefer more of a dry white wine but would recommend this to those that like Rieslings or prefer more of a sweeter wine. I mainly detected peach and pear flavors. I think this wine would taste best with a piece of cheese, maybe some cheddar or monteray jack to counteract the sweetness of a Riesling.

Chateau Ste Michelle 2005 Riesling
(over 2 years ago)Nice light golden color. Citrus smells that later opened up to show some pears. Feathery crisp with some sweetness. Grapefruit and a touch of apricot. Light and easy. :)
Chateau Ste Michelle 2005 Riesling
(over 2 years ago)This is a good wine, especially for the price. It is a sweet wine with a crisp, fruity flavor and golden coloring. I think this will become a better wine in a few years.
Chateau Ste Michelle 2005 Riesling
(about 1 year ago)Light-bodied and a bit on the sweet side, but enough acidity to counterbalance that. Fruity, with apple, citrus and pear flavors. Easy to drink either alone or with a meal. I used a bottle to poach some salmon filets and served the rest of the bottle to drink at dinner. It was wonderful.
Chateau Ste Michelle 2005 Riesling
(about 1 year ago)Nice pear and apple aroma. Not overly fruity. Crystal clear pale color with a green tint. Light body. Smooth on the tongue. Crisp acid start, with the tartness of apples and slight sweetness of pears then a crisp fruity finish. A nice light Riesling.
Chateau Ste Michelle 2005 Riesling
(about 1 year ago)A bit sweet for my taste but I liked the acidity. A solid choice, though there are other, more complex Reislings out there that I would choose instead.
