Porcupine Ridge 2006 Sauvignon Blanc
(10 months ago)Tropical fruit to start and a dry and crisp citrus finish.
Porcupine Ridge 2006 Sauvignon Blanc
(17 days ago)After being open a while: Rich nose of tropical fruits: pineapple, guava, etc... pear, green apple. Also nice floral aspects. Nice to try a southern hemisphere wine that isn't like straight grapefruit juice. Dry palate with lots of minerality and tart acidity, also something that is a bit funky and moldy. I like! A nice floral perfume on the finish. Very unique and complex for the price!
