Sniff: Big nose here...grilled pineapples drizzled in butter; hints of carmel; nose just keeps on going and going! Whirl: This wine has a great harmony between being alot like a mellowed out Sauvignon Blanc (without the harshness of the acidity.) Excellent with a creamy cheese.
