Grand Barrel Reserve, Estate Bottled, Paso Robles Intense ripe aromas of cherry, blackberry, and cassis are enhanced by minty spicy notes of black pepper. Rich flavors of plum and raspberry are balanced by chocalate and espresso. Enjoy this wine with sharp cheeses or cured meats such as Parma Prosciutto. Enjoyable now, and with proper cellar aging will improve for 2-3 years and maintain its character for up to 10 years. Alcohol: 14.0% - Ph: 3.54 - Acid: 0.67g/100ml

Eos Cupa Grandis 2003 Petite Sirah
(9 months ago)This big boy needs to breathe!!! Opened it up about an hour before tasting and then poured through a vinturi aerator. Nose: Lots of deep rich dark fruit: blackberries, blueberries, black cherry with a hint of soft fine leather. Palette: Very Full mouthfeel with lots of dark fruits finish gives way to falvors of chocolate with a hint of a high quality cigar (maybe alitte of the box too!), flavors linger on & on. Very yummy!!
