Pirie South 2006 Estelle
(9 months ago)wonderful lemon zest and white flowers on the nose. begins with some residual sugar but finishes with a crisp tartness. certainly a white to seek out for lovers of Alsatian-style whites.
Pirie South 2006 Estelle
(6 months ago)Crisp clean & refreshing white wine from Tasmania. You would think it would be sweet because of the blend but it is not. Yes there is some fruitiness but not overwhelming like Pinot Grigio. Great nose it is very aromatic with orange blossom. The palate is well balanced with the wine being medium bodied with nice acidity.
