Nose: Chocolate, mocha, black current. Taste: huge fruit, chocolate and creamy at the same time, rich almost syrup but not fake, bit off balance but this wine is young. Huge potential if cellared for a few years and great value.

Fantastic Wine. The nose is a bit closed, but great freshness of the black and red fruits, with clear notes of chocolate. Silky mouthfeel starting with a red fruit attack, black fruit midpalate, developing into mocha and finally coffee. Big tannins with lasting finish. Great price to go with it.

A big step down from the 2005 vintage. Not as bold, flavorable, or complex as '05. Thinner body. Maybe it needs another year in the bottle to get better? With this said, it's still a solid effort. Has enough flavor and body to be somewhat interesting. I give it a "good" rating -- but it's no where near the outstanding rating the 2005 vintage gets. I'll cellar a 2006 bottle for another year and see if that makes any difference.
