A LOT of tobacco. (did anyone else get this?) Good complexity. Just the right amount of sugar. Will buy again if there's any left at Costco.

Especially pleasant, easy on the tongue and satisfying finish. A bit 2-dimensional. Note of nuts. Listed as Table Wine; not sure my table is good enough.

Tannins but not too dry - loads of fruit and slight pepperiness.

Easy to drink on it's own or with food.

This wine is as solid as it comes. Loads of fruit. If you like California style fruit forward wines you'll love this. Great with steak or other red meat. It needs to be opened at least an hour before drinking but it's worth the wait.

Carmenere like nose. Perfect balance of fruit and spice. Reduced dark berry juice with allspice. Great concentration, and i don't mean the kind you need for an exam.
Great backbone and tannins balanced by a TRUCKLOAD of fruit. After 4 days of opening, sill in tact with lots of fruit an d tannins.
