50% Malbec 50% Bonarda (From Bottle) The Barking Sheep are a bit miffed. Once they grazed alone on land of wind swept sheep stations until the Malbec, Bonarda and Tempranillo arrived. Today Argentina produces some of the most beautiful wines in the world and no amount of barking can change that. Barking Sheep Malbec Bonarda; exotic with plenty of plums, black cherry and a clean finish, pairing beautifully with red meat, dare we say lamb, Mexican or Italian.

Smells like blueberries, raspberries, and Froot Loops. Taste: Salty meat, perhaps pancetta. Also has a mild buttery taste. Lingering taste make me think about a morning cup of coffee. Would pair this with pork roast, pork chops, or some other heavy meat.

Fruity, crisp, creamy, with a slight bitterness on the end. Good wine.
