Target Wine Cube
(7 months ago)Color: Very light yellow, to light for my tastes, closer to a pino grigio. Smell: Grapefruit, lightly toasted bread, and some kind of funk I can't place taste: This is a carmel apple that was dipped in carmel an extra 3 or 4 times and sprinkled with oak saw dust. The alcohol is very present and a little over powering. The finish has a hint of grapefruit that has gone bad. It gets really funky at the end, but what do you expect from a $4 Chardonnay?.
