Just a nice simple red with a sandwiche/great for lunch/nothing complex but tasty and balanced.

I have drunk this wine many times without incident, but one memorable time was when it was served with crackers and homemade soup made from stock, (mostly) dark chicken meat, carrots, thyme and egg noodles. It turned our leftovers into a lovely dinner.
