La Vieille Ferme 2004 Cotes du Ventoux Rouge (Screw Cap)
(about 1 year ago)I have drunk this wine many times without incident, but one memorable time was when it was served with crackers and homemade soup made from stock, (mostly) dark chicken meat, carrots, thyme and egg noodles. It turned our leftovers into a lovely dinner.
