One of the best Cabernet Francs I've ever had!! From the time you pour this dark purple wine into the glass, the soft sensual aromas will fill the room. Medium bodied and delicate in flavor, but juicy. Great stuff for chicken, turkey, or ham. (3/20/08)

Had this with a couple friends last night and LOVED it! Was a straight pop and poor with a little swirling but still blew my socks off. initial attack was very silky with a lot of gamey-ness (venison comes to mind). Very well balanced as well. Would like to see what its like with an hour or two of decanting. Awesome food wine for the price.
