Le Musclé
(6 months ago)Nose has some nice bacon fat notes. Smells a little hot. Some black cherry. Dry on the attack. Somewhat basic midpalate. Some prune juice. Interesting mushroom/cranberry suace thing on the finish. Well balanced. Nice long finish. Like the screwtop. Note- even better the 2nd day, tannins toned down, flavor profile more vibrant.
Le Musclé
(6 months ago)Big time fruit on this, but with balance. Its sweet without being overdone and a lot of fun. A smooth and dry finish, a real, real treat.
Le Musclé
(6 months ago)Very good. Not too fruit forward, but not old world. Blackberry/black raspberry on the nose and pal.
