Tasting Notes from Cork’d Members
Arzuaga 2004 Crianza
(6 months ago)Nose: Jerky, Leather and ripe black fruit and herby/floral notes as well. Pal: looooong on the palate. rich mouth feel, vere elegant and well made wine. Definite gamey-ness (deer jerky & Leather even on the pal) with some lovely fig and chocolate. Firm tannins but not bitter. The jerky and smokeyness come back in the finish with the tannins. Amazing for $20.
