Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial Champagne
(about 1 year ago)Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial Champagne
(about 1 year ago)Tried this wine in HADM 430 at Cornell. Straw/golden yellow appearance and crisp sour smell with peach and lime. The flavor has a strong, fruity attack and good, creamy, yeasty taste with definite mineral components as well as peach and berries. There is a smooth texture and a good effervesence.
