Super pale, next to colorless.
Nose:
Amazing nose, super fragrant and refreshing. Fresh cut grass, sweet jalapeno juice, light pencil shavings (in a good way).
Taste:
Light and airy, crisp and clean, little/no heat. Nice acidity, above average finish. Grass again, but not too heavily, like licking a green piece of fruit. Extremely simple and unobtrusive yet refreshing, would go well with most foods.
