Borsao Spanish Red
(5 days ago)Great nose upon opening, dark fruit and a very earthy quality. Great tasting, too, with high profile fruit (blackberries, plums, some grape juice). I drank it for a few days, and by the third day it seemed the alcohol was much more prominent on the nose and palate. I tried it with some pork tacos and spicy salsa, but the combination of the spicy food and alcohol taste produced a little too much heat. Nice Garnacha, though, for the price. I'd buy again, but not leave it open so long.
