Nice for summer picnics or BBQs. Strawberry aroma and taste. Mild fruit and taste. Lower alcohol content (12.5%). Went well with grilled cedaro-planked wild salmon.

Popped this open on a chilly autumn night with some Sonoma Chicken Salad. What an interesting wine. Mineral on the nose and something else that I wish I could place, but I unfortunately cannot. Tasty, and nicely low in alcohol. I've had very few roses and very few sparklers so I'll just chicken out and give this one an 85. Not bad!
