Pale yellow straw color with pineapples and sugar on the nose, almost like dried pineapples! Initial flavors are weak but then lemons and pineapples pop up followed up by a huge attack of green apples. The finish was very citrusy and lasted long for a white wine. I had this on a hot sunny day and it was very good. It is very light and would probably be to light for backyard bbq but if you are just sitting around in the sun it should be good.
