67 % ESTATE GROWN CABERNET SAUVIGNON 33 % ESTATE GROWN CABERNET FRANC Aging Aged 26 Months in 30% new French oak, 70% one year old French oak from Taransaud and Sylvain Tasting Notes The color shows a dark purple center leading to a bright Ruby rim, with a penetrating nose of dark fruits consisting of Blackberries, Blueberries and Currants with a distinct hint of Dark Chocolate. On the palate the wine is loaded with Cassis, Blueberries and Creamy Vanilla, leading to a long finish of unsweetened cocoa and allspice, combining power, elegance and complexity. 14.1%
