pretty oaky but I like that. also has tastes of plumb, blackberry, licorice, black pepper. hase a good bit of all that on the nose, along with some rose petals. at room temp the rose petal taste really comes out, along with the oak. the savor has a bit of I can't believe its not butter flavor. my mother in law can't find it, but I sware its there... has been completely malolactic fermented.
