Vineyards Pepper Bridge Vineyard Blend 100% Malbec Cooperage French Oak (13% new) Bottled May 2007 pH 3.9 Total acidity 0.74 g/100ml Cases Produced 184 Tasting Notes Only Ella Fitzgerald can match the high toned blackberry and loganberry notes belted from the silky depths of this bright, intensely shimmering garnet gem that’s jazzed with a quarter grind of peppercorn and closes the piece with a fruit laden double hang’n four bar count that’s drizzled with vanilla and butterscotch. Not even the twelve bar blues could knock this berry cedar wagon off the trail. We apologize for this description as we know it tends to go on and on and on - just like the wine. 14.4% 2 bottles winery 6/08
