2005 Murcia Sierra Carche
(2 months ago)Aroma: Pretty closed, though on day 3 it has opened up. At first it smelled a bit like cardboard with some sour fruit overtones. Now it shows some tobacco, cedar, and spicy red fruit. Taste: Smooth w/ good acidity, nice mouthfeel, w/ long, delicious sour cherry finish.
