"Quaffable but not trascendent", very pretty yellow golden color. Subtle nose that take a good 45 minute to open up to aromas of cantaloupe and asparagus tips. Very nice acidity with citrus notes, but that excel to some degree above fruit notes. Even a little heat shows on the nose and mouth. A short finish. However, refreshing and food friendly.
