Ripe, vibrant citrus flavors, Fresh, natural, acidic, low tannin. Green apple skins and lemon zest mix with crushed stones on the vibrant nose; touches of sea spray and metal shavings offer a silver lining around a sweet, ripe mouth of pear puree and freshly squeezed lemonade. An excellent Chablis with the depth, complexity and dazzling purity to astound.
