Herbs and green pepper on the nose. Very nice mouth feel and firm tannins. Complex palate, with some cherry and cough syrup. Fairly long finish with some eucalyptus. Very nice stuff.

Young and robust, showing nice density to the herb, cassis, and black cherry flavors. The nose features intriguing notes of graphite, currant, and pencil lead, which to me have to be the 30% Cab in the blend showing through. Very long finish, clipped by sharp tannins. This will certainly improve in the cellar but is not offensive now. Impressive wine.
