A nose filled with powdery cocoa, a hint of tobacco and currants. It tastes of chocolate, dark fruits with a gamey, meaty midpalate. It also has a very enjoyable acidity to it, which strangely compliments the chocolate flavors. The finish however, is almost non-existent, and the wine doesn't linger. Although leaving the drinker a bit incomplete, it is nothing unpleasant.
