Donati Chardonnay
(4 months ago)A good chardonnay for those who don't like chardonnay. Very strong minerality and a fair amount of oak, although the two facets tend to balance one another. No big buttery taste, but a lean and fruity palate with good acidity. Paired extremely well with asiago cheese and an English oak-smoked cheddar.
