Nose: Smoke, black fruit, leather, cedar, smoked meats, licorice with herbal notes of sage and rosemary. Mouth: Black fruit to start, some leather and vanilla covered licorice followed up with medium tannins. This closes out with smoked meat bitter cherry skins. Fantastic.
