Fresh mown grass in the nose with an abundance of tropical fruit aromas. More tropical fruit on the palate with some grapefruit and minerals. The tropical tastes aren't my favorites, but I could see that a lot of folks might really enjoy this crisp, clean, refreshing wine on a summer day. It paired very well with a white bean hummus and an oak-smoked English cheddar. Good food wine, with a nice level of acidity.
