This wine exceeded my expectations, displaying multiple medium-size bubbles, and a deep red color (not a rosé wine). Very nice nose that kept opening more and more with time, and showing blackberry and concord grape aromas. Indeed, there's fine fruit in this wine, all in good balance and nice acidity. It has transition, good backbone, fine fruit, and medium to long finish; all in a dry composition. It is a good wine to open up the evening, to enjoy with first plate, because of its dry characteristic, balanced fruit, and elegant acidity that opens up your appetite.
