Medium straw hue with a slight greenish cast. Brilliant clarity. Aromatic nose of apple, tropical fruit and citrus. Dry with moderate acidity but a bit hot from excessive alcohol. Good depth of flavour showing apple, lemon zest and biscuits. Medium to long finish. Pretty good all around, but could use more acid and less alcohol for freshness and balance... maybe harvested a little too late?
