Tasting Notes from Cork’d Members
Ridge Lytton Springs 2003
(4 months ago)When first opened, it smelled a bit oaky w/ lots of vanilla. After a short while the oak blew off. Very aromatic. Spicy. Cedar, licorice, blueberry, black pepper, and black raspberry. Dark and alluring. Very tasty from the first sip. Nice tart approach, good body, some grip but not too much, and a luscious, long black cherry finish. Thoroughly enjoyable.
