A pale golden hue with a slight hint of green. A very lovely nose shows more than the traditional Sauv.Blanc aromas of grass and green fruit, it has an individuality and complexity of some smoke, zucchini, and olive oil. The palate is fresh but with a considerable body and texture, good grip. Delightful wine.
