A lot going on on the nose. Kinda smokey, leathery, with some blood and I swear some violets. The palate is very tart, like sour cherry not the ripe black I expected. nice tannins that could age this well, but not overpowering. A touch of oak. going to try again later and rescore, because overall, i really think there is something amazing here.
