Bearitage
(over 2 years ago)Although classified as a California Claret, it's truly a meritage (25% merlot, 41% cabernet, 34% zinfandel) that goes great with just about anything. This is the perfect table wine that goes great with a cheeseburger, or a filet mignon. Full flavored that fills the mouth with cherries and spice. Scents of red currant and cloves. Truly one of my favorite wines.
