This wine was enjoyed on a wonderful warm summer's evening with vegetable and halibut skewers. The wine is silky smooth, it rolls over your tongue like velvet with a subtle taste of fruit that's not too potent. The finish is as clean as the start and it leaves you wanting more. One of the best wines I've ever had.
