It is a pleasant, fruity wine with some mineral undertones and a slight bitteness in the aftertaste. I tried it with two different dishes. First, with a spicy fish dish, the bitterness worked worked with the hot spices to produce bitter and hot aftertaste on the palate. The wine was much better with the second choice, boiled crab. Here it complemented the sweetness of the crab and the melted butter.

Intense fruit flavors of mandarin oranges and peaches with a touch of cream and a long peach/almond finish. Nice as an aperitif.
