A vibrant white wine... lots of apples, pears and saw grass on the bouquet... borders on a sparkling wine by taste, yet finishes so smooth... awesome.

Surprisingly full bodied with a crispness that makes it almost taste sparkling. Very fruit forward with zingy apples and sweet peaches. Drink cold; pair with fish and chicken.
