Unremarkable blunt nose with some wood and mint on a guess. Then Raspberries, hint of oak, black currant on the palate. Some spice feel to it and quite acidic. I had food (lamb) with it, which improved it. Other that that it a 'quaffable' wine - nothing special at all.
